Condolence: I just stumbled across this obituary and I am stunned and sad to hear of his passing. Gavin was pivotal in getting me up and walking after my numerous surgeries. He was so so good at his profession. I had mistakenly assumed he moved on when I could no longer find him over the years (I figured he went to Hawaii). My sincere condolences to his family and friends. He was a very kind soul. He spoke so much, with love and pride, about his girls. I know this is 2 years later but please know my thoughts and prayers are with you both.
