Condolences

Condolence From: Katie (Ryan) Granson
Condolence: To the Reum Family,
Carolyn and I go back a few years. We were both UofL BEd student in 1977. We were assigned student teaching positions in Bow Island and Burdett. Every Sunday Carolyn would pick me up in the cold winter evening and we would head East. We talked, listen to music and planned the week ahead. We were both newbies - we talked over many "classroom" situations but, what really made it enjoyable and do-able was the support we had for each other.
Carolyn was one of the most "open, kind and giving people that I had the opportunity to know.
It has been many years since we had seen each other but, I have and do think of her often. A ceramic flower vase was a gift she gave my husband and I when we bought our first duplex in Red Deer, I still have it and it brings back happy memories.
Both Ernie and I were and are very sad to hear of Carolyn's passing.
Thoughts and Prayer to your family - we will remember.
Kate and Ernest Granson

Condolence: Charlie and family
It is with great sadness that we learned of Carolyn's passing. Carolyn came to the Rocky high school about the same time I did where we started our teaching careers. I remember her as fun loving and bubbly, always smiling and happy. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Condolence From: M.E.
Condolence: I am so sorry for your loss. The loss of a loved one is one of the most difficult things a person may have to deal with in life. We can take comfort from God's word that tells us he's aware of our pain. 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God."
