Mr. John Albert Newhook of Red Deer, Alberta, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Friday, September 25, 2015 at the age of 71 years. John will be lovingly remembered by his children; Cathy (Paul) Ayotte of Red Deer and her children, Andrew, Amy, Sara, Tiffany and Jennifer; Karen (Brian) Breau of Red Deer and her children, Brad and Jessica; son, Craig Newhook of Red Deer; daughter, Terri (Tony) Stark of Red Deer and their children, Jacob and Vanessa; and son, Michael Newhook of Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland and his son, Ethan, and special love, Vera (nee Ivany) Newhook. He will also be sadly missed by his sisters; Ruth, Muriel, Judy, Shirley, Sandra and Donna. John was predeceased by his mother, Verna, his father, Ellis and a brother, Rodney.
