Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lorne Samida can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: To Janet, family and friends;
I am very sorry for your loss, beacuse even with the limited time I knew Lorne, it was hard not realize he was a very good man.
Over the last few years it was an absolute pleasure working with Lorne at Bernum Petroleum. His industry experience was encyclopedic. You could not help but learn from him. He was very kind and diplomatic. As opposed to telling me "I had my head up my....." he would carefully explain, in great detail, my "flawed assumptions".
I will miss him.
