Obituary for Evelyn Leah Buswell

It is with great sadness, the family of Mrs. Evelyn Leah Buswell, announce her passing at the Coronation Hospital and Care Centre, Coronation, Alberta on Monday, October 16, 2017 at the age of 79 years. Evelyn will always be remembered by her contagious smile and laugh. She will be sorrowfully missed by her loving family and friends, who cherished and loved her. She was born in Onaway, Alberta, but was raised in Hardisty, Alberta. In 1953 she married Clarence, then moved to Burns Lake, British Columbia in 1968; then moved to Red Deer, Alberta in 1986, where she called it “home” for thirty one years. Evelyn’s love for her God, Jehovah was shown in the way she raised her six children, and now is reflected in her thirteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Evelyn will be lovingly remembered by her three sons; Michael of Sherwood Park, Curtis (Lana) Buswell of Prince George, British Columbia and Clinton (Rebeca) Buswell of Red Deer, Alberta, three daughters; Camille (Barney) Forsberg and Carmen (Ryan) Redelback, both of Red Deer, Alberta, and Cassandra (Kyle) Pennington of Veteran, Alberta. She will also be sadly missed by one brother, Doug (Trish) Bone of Sherwood Park, Alberta, and two sisters; Marcia Scherger of Camrose, Alberta and Lola (Walter) Maier of Ponoka, Alberta. Evelyn was predeceased by her husband, Clarence Buswell, a sister, Myrna, her mother, June and her father, Edgar. A Memorial Service will be held at the Timberlands Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 440 Timothy Drive, Red Deer, Alberta, on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 3:30 p.m. with Allen Lee officiating.
