Obituary for Allan William Humphrey

Mr. Allan William Roy Humphrey of Red Deer, Alberta, passed away at home on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at the age of 54 years. Allan was born on November 26, 1962 to his parents Rose and Leroy Humphrey. Allan received his education from Innisfail High School in 1979 and then got his Mechanic’s ticket shortly after. He married Lavilla Cooper in 1983; they had two boys Shain and Sheldon. He was employed by Uncle Ben’s RV in Red Deer, Alberta for eleven years. Allan will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Shain (Candace) Humphrey and Sheldon Humphrey both of Spruce Grove, Alberta; three grandchildren, Tayler, Sammuel and William. He will also be sadly missed by his sisters, Bonnie (Barry) Zuberbier of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, Deanna Humphrey (Jason) of Bowden, Alberta and his brothers, Jason Humphrey (Shay) of Spruce View, Alberta, Donald (Diane) Bauer of Gunn, Alberta and Dennis Humphrey of Bowden, Alberta; as well as seven nieces, Shantel, Cassondra, Leslie, Alandra, Ashley, Amanda, and Emma, three nephews, Austin, Jax and Adam; and one great niece, Faylynn; his aunts, Lil Rideout of Red Deer, Alberta, Leora Thompson of Red Deer, Alberta, Edna Sherk of Edmonton, Alberta, Shirley (Bert) Cusitar of Eckville, Alberta, and Alice Schmidt of Calgary, Alberta, his uncle, George (Elsie) Humphrey of Drumheller, Alberta; his best friend, Kelly Schrofer of Red Deer, Alberta; mother of his boys, Lavilla (Trevor) Cameron; numerous cousins and friends. Allan was predeceased by his parents, Rose (February 14, 1976), Leroy (September 8, 2015), his brother, Lee Humphrey (April 4, 1998) and his sister, Lorraine Buit (March 29, 2015).
