It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Joseph Raymond 'Ray' Normandeau of Alder Flats, Alberta, with his family by his side, at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Friday, December 23, 2016 at the age of 75 years. Ray was born on November 15, 1941 at St. Boniface, Manitoba. He enjoyed puttering and fixing things around the farm; Ray also very much enjoyed spending time in Yuma, Arizona. Ray will be lovingly remembered by his son, Randy (Rose-Ann) Normandeau of Calgary, Alberta; his daughter, Alice (Gary) Riggins of Sylvan Lake, Alberta; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Ryan and Nicole. He will also be sadly missed by his siblings, Carmelle, Lea, Roland and Teresa; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends. Ray was predeceased by his loving wife, Eleanor (Pflanzner); parents, Armand and Alice; and siblings, Albert, Janet and Dave.
