Obituary for Fanny Quackenbush

Fanny Quackenbush passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Sunday, March 28, 2004 at the age of 74 years. Fanny grew up in the Beaverlodge area, moved to Edmonton and became a Registered Nurse in the early 1950's, married and with her family moved to Calgary. In 1969, the family moved to northern British Columbia where Fanny obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in the late 1970's. Fanny retired to Edmonton in the early 1990's and later moved to Red Deer, where she resided until her passing. Fanny is survived by her sister Evelyn (Norm) Birch; her children: Valerie Chapdelaine, Brenda (Andy) Cleall, Terry (Paula) Quackenbush, Lynn (Randy) Gartner and Patti (Mark) Enberg, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Allen, her parents Fred and Florence Miller, and her brothers Bill, Cliff and Jim.
